One thing for certain… we did get “change.”
In three years we added $5.5 trillion to the national debt, 12 million more people to the food stamp rolls, are enjoying an 8.1% inflation rate and an 8.5% unemployment rate, and the price of gasoline has more than doubled.
So, we did get “change.” But not the kind we had hoped for.
